James joined Identity in 2011 as a result of the acquisition by the group of Fat Dog, which is our business gifts division. Fat Dog was originally set up by James in 1995. The acquisition of Fat Dog has helped add value to the group and James has worked with the Directors to integrate the companies.
Identity have a broad range of complimentary products and services and James has worked to develop our client relationships. It is testament to the strong relationships built by James that many of the clients that had been dealing with Fat Dog for many years have become clients of not only the Events division but our Signage & Printing division too.
James dedicates his time to building relationships with clients who have a pro-active approach to their marketing programme, ensuring that they are aware of our wide range of innovative marketing services and solutions for those looking to stand out from the crowd. With 20+ years of experience in the promotional gifts marketplace combined with the growing experience in Events, James has a very consultative and customer focussed approach to business development.
Over the last three years, this approach has helped build significant trading relationships across the group with clients that James has worked on and this has helped drive the company forward into new and exciting marketplaces.
